Chief Executive Officer--

Ms. Kathy Regal, MBA, CDCA - has over 20 years working in the behavioral health field in various capacities. Ms. Regal's prior experience spanned both mental health and substance abuse treatment, serving multiple populations in both inpatient and outpatient treatment settings in Northeast Ohio. Ms. Regal holds a Bachelor's degree in Management, and a Master's degree in Business Administration.

Director of Human Resources--

Jeff Dolan, BA - has worked in the mental health field for over ten years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College.

Chief Financial Officer--

Mr. J.J. Eaton - a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with seven years experience in non-profit accounting.

Chief Program Officer--

Vicki Ochoa, MSSA, LISW-S, has over 20 years senior clinical leadership experience in the mental health/residential treatment environments. She brings strong expertise in Family Systems Focused Treatment, Multi-Cultural Counseling, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Treatment, Restorative Justice Circles Process, Dual Diagnosis models and extensive wraparound and foster care experience. Ms. Ochoa holds dual Bachelors Degrees in Sociology and Psychology, with a Minor in French from John Carroll University, and a Master of Social Service Administration from Case Western University, Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences. She is a Supervising Licensed Independent Social Worker.

Clinical Supervisors--

Partial-Hospitalization Program Supervisor:

Ms. Karen Fronczak, MSEd, LPCC, LSW - a licensed social worker and independently licensed clinical counselor with supervision endorsement, has 30 years experience working with children and families and has been with the corporation for over 20 years, serving in many capacities. Karen has served on the Service Coordination Team for many years. She is responsible for developing the county's only Children's Partial Hospitalization Program and has expanded this service to local school districts.

Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment Supervisor:
Ms. Holly Ezzone, MSSA, LISW, CDCA - is a Licensed Independent Social Worker. She received her Master's Degree from Case Western Reserve University. Ms. Ezzone supervises the Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment program.

Alcohol and Other Drug (AoD) Supervisor:
Ms. Donna DeGeorge, PCC-S, LICDC - - is a Supervising Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. She received her Master's Degree in Counseling from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where she also completed her undergraduate studies. Ms. DeGeorge supervises the Alcohol and Other Drug Addiction Program.

Outpatient Counseling Supervisor:
Mr. James Cozy - an independently licensed clinical psychologist with thirty years of professional experience.

Psychiatrists--

Dr. Krishna Devulapalli, MD - a graduate of Osmania Medical College in Hyderabad, India, and the residency program in child psychiatry at the Hawthorn Center (Michigan), is a fellow in child psychiatry with extensive inpatient and outpatient experience. He is currently the Medical Director at Belmont Pines Hospital in Youngstown.

Dr. Sheetal Joshi, MD - obtained her MD degree from the Jawahar Medical Foundation Medical College in Dhule, India. She completed her residency in psychiatry at the University of North Dakota and joined the staff of Community Counseling in September, 2009.

Dr. Premal Patwa, MD - Completed his Residency in Psychiatry at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences and joined the staff of Community Counseling in August, 2010.
